Every teacher, regardless of grade level or student count, understands the stress that the job puts on both the body and the mind. The time necessary to develop a lesson plan fit for their students, the commitment and care it takes to show up every day and put their best foot forward, teachers deserve a lot of respect. Unfortunately, insufficient resources and a currently dicey political atmosphere can make an already taxing profession that much more unbearable.
